Tigers achieve No. 15 seed Kiel McLaughlin Associate Sports Editor Buffalo wings, crab pretzels and cups filled with ice-cold soda were lined end to end on a table in the rear of the Bill Bateman�s Bistro on York Road as the four o�clock hour approached Monday after-noon. Prior to the arrival of the Towson men�s soccer team, the seats began to fill with family and friends set to join the team and watch ESPNews�s unveiling of the NCAA Tournament brackets. The team arrived a few minutes prior to the announcement with an air of assurance. �We were pretty confident we were going to get in,� fifth-year senior goalkeeper Greg Flaherty said. Turning their attention from chicken wings and drinks toward the television screens on the wall, the final portion of the bracket was revealed. Robert L. Ehrlich (R-Md.) in a tight election Tuesday. With 53 percent of the vote, O�Malley�s victory marks a return to Democratic rule in Annapolis. Ehrlich was the first Republican to hold Maryland�s governorship in more than 40 years. O�Malley�s c a m p a i g n party, held at B a l t i m o r e � s Hippodrome Theatre, erupt-ed with cheers as hundreds of supporters and volunteers wit-nessed the gov-ernor- elect take the stage to give his acceptance speech. �God bless you Maryland,� O � M a l l e y said. �For the working families of Maryland, it�s time to move Maryland forward again. Don�t you think? We are going to make our government work again, right?� Supporters decked out in green glow rings representing O�Malley�s Irish heritage were crammed shoul-der- to-shoulder, eagerly anticipating new results. �I feel absolutely ecstatic. I haven�t slept in about two days because I�ve been campaigning, trying to get peo-ple out.
