The hasag in tne course of the armament program undertaken by the german he ich engaged in the production of war material and received from the bank consortium which was constituted by their main stock holders i.e. the ADCA about 25# and the Dresdner Bank about 75## cash credits and diskont credits. -xuibit 1 is a letter from the "hasag" signed by Budin and dated 8th of may 1936 addressed to the members of the Aufsichtsrat and concerns a communication which had been addressed by the hasag to two german newspapers the Ber¬ liner ^oersenberichte and the Deutsche Bergwerkszeitung (copy of the letter is attached) reprimanding these journals to observe the secrecy regulations concerning armament firm.
