SENATE BILL 2022-2023 #2 IN THE STUDENT SENATE OF TOWSON UNIVERSITY, MARCH 7TH, 2023 A SENATE BILL CONCERNING THE UPDATE TO THE STUDENT GOVERNMENT ASSOCIATION CONSTITUTION & BYIAWS. Colquitt, President - Student Government Association Changes within the Constitution: ARTICLE ONE, SECTION THREE- President-Pro Tempore Duties & Responsibilities The SGA President Pro-Tempore shall: L. Serve as a member of the Budget Allocation Committee: ARTICLE ONE, SECTION FIVE- Student Senate Committees There shall be a Budget Allocation Committee comprised of four (4) Senators, the President Pro Tempore, the Chair of the Government Operations Committee, the Chair of the Appropriations Committee, and the SGA Treasurer. The SGA Treasurer shall serve as the Chair of the Budget Allocation Committee. Senate Leadership and the SGA Treasurer reserves the right to appoint the four (4) Senators that are to serve on the committee.
