RESOLUTION 2022-2023 #37 IN THE STUDENT SENATE OF TOWSON UNIVERSITY, (MAY 2, 2023), A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE ADDITION OF STUDENT EMPLOYEES FOR PRIORITY COURSE SELECTION. Colquitt, President — Student Government Association WHEREAS, Currently, the demographics that have priority course selection are student athletes, Army ROTC students and students with disabilities. WHEREAS, Towson University is home to thousands of campus student employees who dedicate their time to the functionality and progression of our University. WHEREAS, Many on campus opportunities that students have are contingent on them being available on specific days and times. WHEREAS, Our student employees working a minimum of ten (10) hours per week should have the opportunity to pick their courses based on their campus employment schedule. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, The Student Government Association urge university administration to allow student employees working at least ten (10) hours per week inclusion in priority course selection.
