RESOLUTION 2020-2021 #37 IN THE STUDENT SENATE OF TOWSON UNIVERSITY, April 19th, 2022, A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE APPOINTMENT OF ALAA MALASH AS ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF SPECIAL PROJECTS OF THE 101ST STUDENT GOVERNMENT ASSOCIATION. DeVeaux, President - Student Government Association WHEREAS, Article II Section Two of the SGA Constitution states, “Directors reserve the right to appoint an Assistant Director unless otherwise specified. The Assistant Directors will assist the Directors as needed through daily tasks and shall serve in their place should the Directors be unavailable for meetings, events, and/or other obligations. Ir addition, Assistant Directors are to help the Directors maintain their respective departments.” 1 VHEREAS, the following individuals have been appointee^ to me Executive Cabinet and Executive Council: • Assistant Director of Special Projects: Alaa Malash it? / THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Student Senate of the 101th Administration of the Student Government Association of Towson University approves the appointment of the above individual as assistant director of Special Project within the Executive Cabinet of the 101th Administration of the Towson University Student Government Association.
