BY repealing Article - State Government Section 9-1101 through 9-1110, inclusive, and the subtitle “Subtitle 11. Services to Individuals with Disabilities” Annotated Code of Maryland (1999 Replacement Volume and 2003 Supplement) BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article - State Government Section 8-201 Annotated Code of Maryland (1999 Replacement Volume and 2003 Supplement) BY adding to EXPLANATION: CAPITALS INDICATE MATTER ADDED TO EXISTING LAW.
