HUD and the Baltimore Housing Authority are following the Clinton game plan of shifting the focus (and blame) by attacking the accuser with distorted, inaccurate information. My constituents elected me to stop government bureaucrats from engaging in this kind of embarrassing behavior. I will do everything in my power to ensure Ms. Gaffney moves forward with this important investigation.” C
