As you can see, I intend to follow-up with a detailed letter setting forth my votes on all tax and budget related bills that reach the Floor. I will, of course, send you a copy of that letter. I know you are well aware of the House Republican budget alternative submitted some weeks ago which was based on fiscal data available to the Minority Office as of the middle of January. I support this proposal, along with the other members of the House Republican Caucus. Needless to say, we are all hopeful the leadership will take our budget and cost cutting proposals seriously.
