- Page 1 of the order from Judge William C. Christianson, presiding judge for Tribunal IV, in the case of the United States of America against Ernst Von Weizsaecker, et al. Wilhelm Keppler has made a number of objections to certain exhibit in various Document Books and Tribunal IV has stricken Count IV of an indictment which charged crimes against humanity committed from January 1933 to September 1939 citing that the Tribunal "[?Ǫ] has no jurisdiction over crimes or persecutions committed by a sovereign against its own nationals except insofar as crimes were in execution of or in connection with Crimes against Peace or War Crimes."
