On 23 March 194S Dr. Grube already asked in open court for the stenographic minute* and the answer of the undersigned was a* follow* t "Mr. Gantt i we suppose they (the Defense) need it urgently but the stenographic notes have not been found, that has been found are these documents, the finished product which has been distributed to Speer, Milch, Koeraer and the rest of the bunch."
