- Memorandum from Paul H. Gantt to the Chief of the Library Branch regarding overdue books. Gantt has received noticed from the library that there are certain books charged out in his name that are overdue. Gantt indicates that he does not have the books listed in his possession and he also addresses what seems to be an ongoing issue related to other people checking out books in his (Gantt's name). Gantt once again emphasizes that no one is authorized to check out books in his name and requests that the Chief of the Library inform him when the discrepancy has been cleared up.
