- Memorandum from James M. Fitzpatrick to Charles S. Lyon regarding exhibits for Paul Pleiger's defense counsel. Drs. Servatius and Wolff, both identified as part of Pleiger's defense counsel, have made a request to look at certain documents offered as evidence against Pleiger. Fitzpatrick has made arrangements for Drs. Servatius and Wolff to view the documents requested in the special document reading room (see Alexander G. Hardy's memorandum of April 1, 1948). The documents requested by the defense were to be made available under the auspices of Barbara S. Mandellaub on April 6 beginning at 10 a.m.
