Memo with MAHE proposal draft from Beth Vanfossen to Annette Chappell, 1992

MEMORANDUM JUN 10 1992 Date: June 10, 1992 From: Beth Vanfossen To: Annette Chappell Subject: MAHE Proposal Attached are draft forms of the proposal to MAHE. The Application Form requires that answers be typed on the submitted form, however, I am thinking you may want to make revisions to our answers. Therefore, I have included the suggested answers on separate pages. They can be typed on to the form by Judy Burman after you have reviewed them. Also attached is the Abstract and the Narrative. I have yet to gather supporting documentation, and I am not sure at this point exactly what that will be. Our documentation runs into hundreds of pages, so to select only ten may be difficult. I also am enclosing a floppy disk with the associated Word Perfect files on it, in case you want to make any revisions on the computer. I should be here most of the day to facilitate getting this proposal in its final form. 1
