This action was taken so that the subcommittee may wait until we have the results of (1) the complete Curriculum Committee's deliberation on the Women's Studies Program aspart of the General Studies Major and (2) the Women's Studies Committee's coordination of other department's offerings and possible future offerings, so that the College can avoid an overlapping of content and effort.
