" This material is also contained in Chapter 3 of the Faculty Handbook. The material documents the expected practices and procedures necessary for affirmative actions hiring by faculty search committees. Since our records show you have an under utilization of minorities at this rank in your department, please provide me with the names and race of all hiring committee members before you continue further with the search process.
