When you communicate requests to Bob, please copy me. When Hoke gets a request, he consults Bob and/or me, and when Bob gets a request, he consults me, so it's embarassing and/or annoying and/or time-consuming not to know what the request is, its background, purpose, etc. Obviously, your requests will flow more smoothly if those involved don't get annoyed or side-tracked or embarrassed.
