WMST January 14, 1985 Sara COulter and Elaine Hedges Annette Chappell, Dean College of Liberal Arts FIPSE Grant From the initiation of the FIPSE grant for mainstreaming women's studies, the cost of release time for the project directors (half of each of your time, including Elaine's 1/4 time as Coordinator of Women's Studies) has been borne by the English Department budget. I approce the continuation of this release time, and th continuation of its attribution to the English Department budget, for the third year of the grant.
