The allocations (in addition to Beth's salary and fringe benefits) are as follows: 02 $10,000 salary for part-time contractual secretary 03 $ 1,450 phones and postage (of which $450 is non-recurring, to cover cost of purchase/installation of the phones) 04 $ 375 travel (same as for a chairperson) 3700 $ 5,800 general operating (of which $3,300 is non-recurring -- for purchase of desk chairs, computer, and printer) You may want to confer with Beth and get a head start on purchasing the chairs and computer.
