As you know, you must also get approval from Annette Ezell before advertising the position (and, of course, you will need to insert a deadline date for applications). In addition, because this is an unclassified administrator position, you will need to work through the Personnel Office (Phil Ross and Priscilla Fox) in placing the ad, writing the MS-22 Gob description), and using the Personnel Office forms and formats for preparing interview questions, reporting on the screening/interviewing process, etc. Provost Caret has approved the position as administrative category You will need to confer with Norm Sheets concerning placement of the ad in the Chronicle (any placement other than the Chronicle must be at Women's Studies' expense) and concerning candidate travel reimbursement. Because you want to get the ad out as soon as possible, you may want to begin working with Personnel at the same time as you submit the ad to Annette Ezell for approval.
