Frankly, I object to upper-division courses counting for GUR's, because I don't think most of them can - - or should -- meet the criteria we have established, but I would be willing to talk about it. However, if your motivation is to "insure" that Judy gets to teach upper division, I can't agree. If you want to pursue this matter, please make an appointment with me for sometime after the holidays. C18-PLDGURRQ.16 P.S. At the moment I am much more concerned about the major proposal being 8 months behind schedule and still incomplete, than I am about adding one course to tje GUR list.
