At Step 10 you confer with the Dean (me), not with the AAO; I will then confer with her. 2. At Step 13 -- likewise, you review the priority ranking with me, not the AAO, and I then confer with her. Also please note in step 12 that when you get to the interviewing stage, each candidate needs to be scheduled for an interview with me.
