Charles Linthleura, president of the Maryland State -lornal School Building Commission, directs me to open for the commission a savings account with your hank and place on deposit *'30,000. This amount, in all prohahlllties, will bo undisturbed for six months and possibly for much longer . Mr. Linthicum and the Governor both think it advisable to require a bond of all depositories, and consequently will not expect more than Зъ interest on deposits. If you wish to accent this account on the terms stated please apply to Mr. J. Arthur Wickham, 219 ft. rau.L Street, Baltimore, for a bond to the amount of this initial deposit. Mr. Wickham is representing Baltimore companies which are acceptable to the commission. rlease advise me asssoon as you have made application for bond and the deposit will he made.
