Donick Dear Member: Our football team has achieved national prominence and appeared for the first time ever on television. The Stagg Bowl was televised in a fifteen state area and we should be justifiably proud of coach Phil Albert, his assistant coaches, and our outstanding student athletes, for, as a unit, they brought Towson to national prominence and clearly demonstrated to the TV audience that Towson teams don't quit. Remember, our goal for this year is $25,000 and 500 members. At the present time we are several thousand dollars short of that goal. Three of our other fall teams achieved winning records this past season and our soccer team also received an invitation to post-season competition.
