TO OUR DEPOSITORS :- Endeavoring at all times to give our Depositors and Patrons efficient and intelligent service, we are engaged at the present time in the revision of our signature cards. May we ask your co-operation in this respect h^^igning the enclosed signature card (designating whether "Mites" or "Mrs.”) and returning to us at the earliest practicable date. In forwarding us the new signatures, may we respectfully request that you observe the following suggestions:-^^ 1st - If your account is an exactly in the same mai .ividual account sign ter as you sign your checks. 2nd - If you sign in a representative capacity as Trustee, Executor, Administrator, Guardian, Agent, etc., also clearly indicate the name of your beneficiary. 3rd - If the accoun^Tis a joint account "Subject to the individual/TNieck of either ; the balance at death of either ts belong to the survivor", kindly sign yoursel^jand obtain for us the signature of the othei> joint signer. 4th - If (^corporation, kindly obtain signatures of all officers authorized to sign your checks, clearly indicating the number of signatures required. 5th - Kindly advise us of ANY CHANGE IN YOUR ADDRESS in order that we may keep our files up to date and communicate with you at all times.
