May 6, 1924 -/* My dear Miss Tall, In pursuance of our conversation In regard to the additional expense in equipment and administration if the Teachers Training School of Baltimore City comes here another year, I wish to submit the following. I am presupposing that our enrollment in the formal remains about the same as last year. I General Administration With the Administration Building taken over for class rooms we will still have 150 more students living in Towson. These must have closer supervision another year. I would suggest that we should harmonize our work so that your assistant would have charge of the rooming and social problems of this unit together with the students from the City Training School.
