Rath in the near future as I am very much interested in his activities in Central America. Bello M ycr wrote me a lett r with regards to your activities. Please act accordingly: яТье Chemnyco material sounds wonderful as described in Tetens* letter. Paul, we are running into the most extra ordinary difficulties of translations imaginable. Espionage and propaganda will not be put into evidence u-til the third week in September. Accordingly, please have tho Tetens make detaiced summaries of every article transmitted and full translations of every short document.
