The documents concern the "Wife* (Wirtschaftliche ForsehttrL'.’isgesellechaft m.b.H. ) BBT-7622 states (page 1) that the ! Ifo was founded 1934 and that her origin©! task was the construction of large subterranean oil and gasoline depots. On page 3 is stated that the Reich is the sole owner of the ifo (date 26.6.1942). BBT-7623 treats the reorganization of the ifo. Beginning on page 4 a letter from the Reich Minister of Finance to the Reich Minister of Economics states that the smallness of the company 1 s capital (RM 20.000.-) could no longer be tolerated (date 17.8.1942). BBT-7624 shows that the Wifo has received from the Reich so far . . . . RM 2,386.459.000 that it has paid back ......... RM 1,884.000.000 and has accumulated assets of RM 948.606.500 (dates: 6.4.I943 and 15-4.1943) BBT-7625 The Reich Ministry of Economics asks the Reich Ministry of Finance to grant the Increase of the Wifo capital from RM 20.000.- to RM 100,000.000 (date 15.4.1943). 2-
