Dear Sir :-- Replying to your favor of the 3rd instant, beg to say it will be entirely satisfactory to us to allow you the rate of 3% on deposit of Ten thousand ($10,000.00) dollars, and as per your request, are enclosing herewith the Surety Bond in like amount in favor of the Maryland State Normal School Building Commission, which we trust you will find in good order. We are also enclosing herewith signature card which we would thank you to execute and return at your earliest convenience.
