As adopted however, the provision shown on page 21 of last year’s Circular was added in a modified form the exact wording of which is as yet not within my reach. The Circular is very long, but its essentials are summed up in Articles 18 and 19. Mr. Wyatt, Mr. Kennedy and myself constitute our Chapter Committee on Competitions, and are at your service, gratis, for service, leading -"T up to the appointment of a Professional Adviser, should you decide to hold a competition.
