Letter from Earle T. Hawkins to student organization presidents and SGA Executive Committee

TOWSON STATE COLLEGE BALTIMORE, MARYLAND 21204 July 3, 1969 To Presidents of Student Organizations and Members of the SGA Executive Committee: As you are probaly aware, we customarily have a series of summer meetings of student leaders on the campus. The purpose is to provide opportunity for the various student leaders to become better acquainted with one another and with college officials, and to begin plans for the respective organizations and for college-wide activities. The first meeting this year will be held on Monday, July 14, in the Special Dining Room at 7:30 p.m. We shall plan to adjourn no later than 10 o'clock. The dates for future meetings will be set at the first meeting. If by any chance your location this summer will prevent you from attending the meetings, I hope you can designate another officer of your organization to represent your group.
