King, of the Maryland and Penn¬ sylvania Railroad Company, has asked us to prepare the necessary contract for the agreement between the Normal School and the Railroad Company relative to the siding to be constructed for the use of the institution . Will you kindly let me know by return mail , if possible, who will execute the contract on part of the Maryland State Normal School. I would like to have the official title of the commission which enters into this contract and the designation of the proper officer for the execution thereof.
