I enthusiastically support that request. Dr. Jo-Ann Pilardi, program director, has prepared the enclosed analysis of Women's Studies, which we hope will demonstrate that the program, about to enter its thirtieth year, has been functioning as a department for some time. We believe that the long, distinguished history of Women's Studies at Towson University is built upon a strong foundation which will serve students well for many years to come.
