- Description
- First page of a letter from Benjamin B. Ferencz to Dr. Sheldon Glueck of Harvard Law School. Ferencz opens his letter by saying that he is forwarding under separate cover a copy of the Judgment in the Einsatzgruppen Case, which he thinks Glueck will find of interest because of its "[...] outstanding contribution to International Law and the fight against intolerance and persecution." He goes on to express his general disappointment with the proceedings of the Nuremberg trials and indicates that he and his colleagues are feeling "[...] tremendous pressure to pack up and go home, for the prosecution of war criminals is now an anarchism."
