Pear Sir: In reference to your bill for siding at the Iforiaal School near Towson, I beg to say that I arc awaiting an opportunity to confer with Mr. Borris concerning certain items in this bill - that is, whether they include siding put in for a contractor, which it is our understanding is to be paid for by him.
