Md.& Pa, north Are* f: rak Bt, , Baltimore, Md, Dear 31 r: In reply to your letter of February 11, In reference to having a Biding placed on the formal School property near Towson, formerly the Tlellirvr property, will say that wo would lire our man, Ir, ihipley, there on the place, to begin the work of grading for this siding at an early date. 7e would like it to he placed partly on a fill which occurs at that point. Assuming that there is no objection to this location, we will have him begin work there by hauling dirt from a nearby cut and simply ing broaden* the fill. Tour engineers could place grade stakes for the final shaping after most of the grading is done. Should this arrangement not be agreeable to you, please communicate with Mr, Shipley, on the property, and give him such direction as you see fit, Mery truly yours, Secretary.
