- Document containing a series of general orders from Brigadier General Telford Taylor, Chief of Counsel for War Crimes. Section I designates Josiah E. DuBois, Jr., as acting Chief of Counsel during the temporary absence of the Chief of Counsel (Taylor). Section II relieves Charles S. Lyon as Director of the Economic Ministries Division and designates him Special Trial Counsel. Section III relieves H. Russell Thayer as Chief, Trial Team 3, and designates him Director of the Economic Ministries Division. Section IV designates Rawlings Ragland, Deputy Chief Counsel, Chief of Trial Team 3 (this in addition to his dutes as Deputy Chief Counsel). Section V designates Benjamin B. Ferencz as a particpant in the counsel in the case of The United States of America vs. Alfred Felix Alwin Krupp von Bohlen und Halbach (Krupp).
