ALUMNI ASSOCIATION MARYLAND STATE NORMAL SCHOOL BALTIMORE. MD. Dear Sir: Your name has been given us by your County School Superintendent as a member of the Local Committee of your County, for the purpose of helping in the campaign for a new State Normal School building. Believing that you will do all in your power to further the interest in the work among the people of the State, we are sending to you under separate cover a number of copies of a pamphlet prepared by the Principal of the School in which are clearly set forth the reasons for the much needed change. As a member of this Committee, will you see that these pamphlets are distributed to the best advantage, and will you make use of every opportunity to bring the cause before the public.
