February 9, 1965 Executive Committee meeting minutes

SGA EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING february 9, 1965 The meeting was called to order by President Kenneth masters in the Student Government Association Office at 3:30 p.m. 1. Kenneth Masters announced that he has information concerning the Job Corps in his office. Anyone interested can contact him. 2. Kathi Austin gave copies of the new financial policy to the committe members for their review. The policy will be brought before the Senate on February 16, 1965. 3. Sharon Mulgres read a letter from Peggy Dent giving another method for collecting tickets at jam sessions. Sue Lonbardo said that she would contact the member colleges of ICC to find out how they arrange their jam sessions. Sharon Mulgres agreed to inquire in writing. Mary Joy Kreller brought up the question of renting or purchasing a coke dispenser to use at Jam sessions and GIGIFs. Sharon Mulgrew agreed to write to the Cocoa Cola Co. 4. Carol Murphy mentioned the formation of a committee to rewrite the SGA-Faculty Judician Board constitutions. She agreed to write to other colleges in the area to get information about their Judicial Boards. 5. Sue Lombardo announced that ICC is sponsoring a Jazz Concert featuring the Horace Silver Quartet on March 7, 1965, in the Polytechnic Auditorium. 6. Kenneth Masters mentioned the discointent with the prices of books in the Book Sture. He would like to form a committee to compare our prices with those given by other commercial stores.
