- Photograph of the entrance of the New Albert S. Cook Library, built in 1969. Albert S. Cook was the Superintendent of Schools when the Normal School became Maryland State Teachers College. The original library building, now the Media Center, was named after him on September 19, 1957. In 1969, a new library was built in honor of him.
