Ellis Fell artifacts

Lieut. (j.g.) Ellis M. Fell, son of Louis Fell, 2440 Keyworth avenue, has reported here for duty with the U.S. Naval Forces in Europe. He is thirty eight years old, was educated at the Johns Hopkins and University of Maryland. He was a school principal before he joined the Navy a year ago. He was stationed at headquarters, Sixth Naval District, Charleston, S.C., before assuming his current duties in the United Kingdom. His wife, Lucie, lives at 247 Ranger drive, Charleston.
