- Photograph of Dr. Fisher and Governor Marvin Mandel at the dedication of the new Albert S. Cook Library. Dr. Fisher is pictured on the far left in the white suit. Governor Mandel is in the center of the group, wearing a dark suit and facing the camera. Albert S. Cook was the Superintendent of Schools (1920-1942) when the Maryland State Normal School became the Maryland State Teachers College. The original library building (now the Media Center) was named after him on September 19, 1957. A new library was built in 1968.
