January 19, 1915. The Second Rational Sank, Bel Air, Maryland. Dear Sirs: At the solicitation of Mr. John 3. Hanna, I am enclosing a check for $10,000, for deposit to the credit of the Maryland State Normal School Buildjng Commission. Our repos itdries are paying us three per cent on these interest accounts. I regret to say that it is probable that we will not be able to allow this fund to remain on deposit longer than two or three months, since our work on the buildings ie progressing rapidly, and we will be forced to draw in all funds for payment on contracts.
