January 28, 1913 J. Arthur Wickham, Esq., Baltimore, Maryland. My dear Mr. Wickham: Upon your request, I am enclosing a letter, stating that funds to the amount of $10,000 have been withdrawn from teh National Bank of Baltimore. We have only small balances not in the Towson National Bank, and the Farmers' National Bank of Annapolis. We will not require these banks fo furnish bonds covering these balances. In the case of the Annapolis Banking and Trust Company, we wish to have bond continued, since we still have a balance in excess of $15,000. Very truly yours, Secretary
