Accomplishments Throughout the year the committee discussed some of the following issues: • Technology needs for each department during the transition to R2 - some requested items included technology to collaborate across departments and colleges, and considering treating “research” technology differently from “teaching” technology. • The need for some sort of technology training to ensure all undergraduates enter with basic requisite skills. • Technology upgrades (e.g., to Office 365) and incompatibilities while transitioning from home to office computers, with potential solutions. • Considering improvements to the virtual workspace, and whether each department should have their own image.
