III, sec. 3 An executive Officer absent and/or late without leaev to more than three consecutive official Senate meetings or seven total official Senate meetings shall be brought up on impeachment charges by the President protemp of the Senate. All absentee and tardy reasons/excuses should be reported to the President protemp of the Senate for review. Amendment to the Senate Rules Section A #2: Any Senator absent and/or late without leave to 3 out of 4 consecutively assigned Senate and/or committee meetings or 5 total Senate meetings during one term shall be brought up on impeachment charges. The Vice-President shall receive all reasons/excuses for review. SENATE MANUAL AMENDMENTS Section 3: University Union Procedures Residence Hall Publicity Policy 8. All publicity must be approved by the area coordinator for the community service center of that area and posted by the same community center. Section 2: SGA Organization Information Use of Xerox machines by SGA Budgeted Organizations Organizations using xerox code numbers will have charges assessed to the appropriate account as budgeted to the organization. Section 6: SGA Financial Policies and Regulations Scholar Aid - eliminate all Tower Light scholar aid - SGA Deputy Director of Organizations received 40% scholar aid - SGA Vice-president shall have the option of summer hours compensation (the same as the President has except a change from 55% to 70%)
