The meeting was called to order at 4PM. The minutes were approved.

* University Senate reports that a Masters degree in International Business
will be made available at TSU as of next Fall pending a final decision from the
Board of Regents.
* Mixer at College of Notre Dame of Maryland Saturday, 4/20, 9PM-1AM, $2.00/person.
TREASURER GODDARD:
* FAB Hearings are going smoothly.
* Reminded new Senators to see him before Senate Hearings for budget education.
* Encouraged financial support of Tigerfest.
DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC RELATIONS & COMMUNICATIONS: Kevin Kintop
* Movie "Dances With Wolves", 4/18 and 4/19, 1 showing only each night at 8PM.
* Has flyers on a drinking and driving lecture, "This One's For You, Bud", 4/28,
7PM. See Kevin for details.
* Reminded Senators that if they wished to add anything to their mini-notes
to make the addition and give to Kevin on Wednesday.
DIRECTOR OF ORGANIZATIONAL ADVANCEMENT: Gayle Kaufman
* The following groups have not handed in Charter Renewals since last Fall,
nor do they have PO boxes, and are not on the list of SGA affiliates. She would
like to know their status with respect to the SGA. If anyone knows any information
about Theta Beta Gamma, Pi Rho Omega, Phi Alpha Theta, Phi Alpha Beta, Alpha Sigma
Chi, or Alpha Sigma Delta, please contact Gayle.
* There is a memo attached to the Minutes giving the status of the Constitutions.
CHAIR: Vice-President Gobel
* Budget Hearings are May 1 and 2. A Budget Workshop for the benefit of new
Senators will be held Tuesday, 4:30, 3:30-4PM in Room 319. Questions that should
be asked, general procedures, etc. will be covered.
* SAB/SGA Softball Game, 4/28, 3PM. A sign-up sheet for positions is available
in the Senate office.
* Ethics Forum: 4/17, 3:30-9PM.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION:
CONSTITUTIONS INTRODUCED: Towson State Television - Government Operations to handle.
