Suspects charged in Parkville murder Two suspects have been charged in the murder of a 25-year-old Parkville man near Towson. The murder occurred Jan. 29, less than half a mile from Loch Raven Village, an apartment complex inhabited by many TU students. The murder occurred after the victim, Shawn Thomas Shroyer, became involved in a verbal argument with two other individuals at the intersection of Naturo Road and Loch Raven Boulevard, south of Joppa Road. During the argument, the suspects shot Shroyer and left the scene. The suspects were at large until one of them surrendered to police. Jacob Lee Schuster, a 21-year-old Upperco resident, turned himself in to police last Tuesday. He was charged with first-degree murder and surrendered to investigators after learning of the charges brought against him. Detectives continued to search for the second suspect, Charles Michael Sealover, until he too turned himself in to authorities. Sealover, a 23- year-old resident of Windsor Mill, surrendered himself to investigators on Friday. --Mike Fila W campus """"calendar!
