S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has awarded a $5,255,000 community development grant to Baltimore County, Congressman Robert L. Ehrlich Jr. announced today. The grant, awarded under HUD’s Community Development Block Grant Program, will be used to fund local programs to meet the community and economic development, affordable housing, and homeless assistance needs of low- and moderate-income persons. -30-
