Faculty Association Cormnittee on the Status of Women
The Faculty Association Committee on the Status of Women, as a result of its
study of the condition of women faculty at Towson State College, proposes that
the college administration take the following affirmative action aimed at
eliminating the discrimination against women which now exists on this campus

worsens the existing rank and salary disparities between men and women faculty. [Handwritten: depends on what we find]

deliberations in the comh"lg years should be the rectification of sex
discrimination.
3. Issue i.nnnediately, over President Fisher's signature, a statEment rejecting

community, whether students, faculty or staff (includes the areas
of admissions, financial aid, counseling and advising, hiring,
dismissal, promotion, job classification, etc,.).
