Hubbard C #A#D . | W#G #B# Department of Army Washington 26, B.C* Dear Mr* Hubbard : I acknowledge the receipt of telegram, WCL-58048, dated 8 July 1948, regarding the whereabouts of two books afclch had been borrowed from the Library of Congress . At the outset, I want to atatp that these books had not been borrowed by myself but by some person unknown to me* However, I felt that I am In a better position than anybody else to trace the books down* I got hold of one book, "Blood ana Steel" and returned it already yesterday by registered mall.
